Puducherry UNI, Local-based Federation for People’s rights today urged the territorial administration to take stringent action against those involved in land grabbing cases without succumbing to any pressure.
The Federation would support the police and the government in its initiatives to put an end to land grabbing in Puducherry, its secretary G Sugumaran said in a statement here.
He lauded the government for registering cases against four persons for allegedly attempting to grab lands at Karuvadikuppam near here recently.
